Please take the time to read through our ‘small print’. We know it’s not very exciting, but it is important.

Privacy Policy

Our mailing list is strictly for the use of Scarlett Ribbon. We only use your details to process an order. We never share information with any third party.

Your Order

The items displayed on our website remain the property of Scarlett Ribbon until we receive your payment.

Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail an acknowledgment to you as soon as possible.

Provided the items are in stock, and available at the specified price, and your payment has been approved, we will despatch your order within 5 working days.

Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you by email of the expected arrival date. If we do not hear from you regarding this email, the rest of your items will be despatched in the normal way.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

All payments are made via Paypal, therefore no card details are retained by Scarlett Ribbon.

Should you wish to use an alternative form of payment please use the “say hello” page and we will do our very best to help.

Postage and Packing

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95.

All parcels will require a signature.

We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days providing your goods are in stock.

During busy periods we will endeavour to inform you of any delays.

We accept no responsibility for any delays/problems encountered by the couriers.

Returns

We love all our items but if for some reason you are dissatisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund within 7 working days of delivery.

On receipt of your order you must inform us by email within 3 working days.

Items must be returned unused and undamaged and in the original packaging.

Once we receive the returns we will issue an exchange or a full refund.

We can only credit a refund to the original purchaser’s card.

The cost of postage on a return shall be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Even Smaller Print

We reserve the right to change any items including price updates.

We cannot be responsible for any colour variations from the original image and that seen on the user’s monitor.

We cannot guarantee that our items match identically. There could be variations in size, colour and shape.
